The house has several useful services. All rooms are equipped with  central heating and complete bath, as well as cable television. For those who like cooking and enjoying good food, they can do it as if they were in their own dining room. In the house, there is a community kitchen and a fully equipped dining room. In the last floor of the house we find another communitary room: the attics, an ideal place to enjoy a good conversation around an open fire place or to take the fresh air in the terrace, with views to the square of the village. There is also a washing machine, clothes drier and an iron for the clothes.

    Or, if they prefer it, the house has its own restaurant called “La Fonda del Racó” which is an institution in the local gastronomy, located in the same square of the village. There is a wide car park about 200 metres from the house.
